Since childhood, Donia has devoted herself passionately to working with Fique, a natural fibre that is dear to her, thus inheriting an ancestral tradition that she strives to perpetuate and enrich.

In her artisan workshop in Curiti, Colombia, where there is a warm and creative atmosphere, she works closely with her family, composed of her husband and children. Together, they build bonds that go beyond simple craftsmanship, also integrating with the families of the community who share their know-how.
