Maintenance and Usage

On gas or electric stoves, in the oven, and in the microwave. Please keep in mind that when cooking with terracotta, the cookware does not withstand extreme temperature changes. Increase the heat slowly.
Hand wash only. Dishwasher use is not recommended.
